How do I return my order?
1. Fill in the item, size and the reason of return.
2. Cut the document into two parts, the return form and the return label.
3. Put the returning items together with the return form in the box.
4. Stick the return label on the box.
5. Return the package to the address on the Return Label (Returning items is at own cost).
6. Keep the receipt until the order amount has been refunded.
7. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has arrived and has been refunded.
8. The refunded amount will be on your account within two weeks.
* Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
* Products need to be unused, in good condition and in original packaging.
* Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected by our fulfillment center. When approved your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it can take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be transferred to your account.
When will I receive my refund?
Our return process can take up to 21 working days. You will receive a confirmation mail once we have processed your return successfully.
The return is first sent to a collection point and then back to our main warehouse in the Netherlands. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.
If you have placed your order with Klarna, you have the option to register your return online at https://app.klarna.com/login/ or in the Klarna app to pause the invoice. As soon as we have processed the return, the outstanding amount will be automatically updated and Klarna will send you a new invoice by email.
Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. Of course, you can re-order an item. Simply select a new size or color of the product you want to order. Please then go to your shopping cart and complete the new order and payment process for the item. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.
How do I register my return with Klarna?
Klarna provides the possibility to register your return in their app or via https://app.klarna.com/login/ in order to pause your invoice. Once we have received and processed your return, the invoice will be updated automatically.
